The EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) forms part of the data protection regime in the UK, together with the new Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), replacing the DPA 1998.

The GDPR will provide protection for all EU citizens from privacy and data breaches there are additional requirements and obligations with regard to data storage and handling.

The GDPR applies to all companies processing personal data of data subjects within the EU.

Carbon IT is registered with the Information Commissioners Office and is fully compliant with the EU GDPR and the DPA 2018.

Damaged or obsolete equipment that cannot be reused is broken down into its component parts and re-introduced into the manufacturing process.

Our asset reports indicate the CO2 savings your organization has achieved together with a reuse and recycled figure providing you with enhanced reporting to aid your sustainability policies.
